Changed your mind?

• You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Any items returned will require a Sales Returns Order (SRO).

How to return an item

Complete the following returns form - Sales Returns Form

1. Email it to parts@xyzmachinetools.com
2. We will get back to you within 24 hours with the return’s paperwork, this must be enclosed with the return item.
3. Upon receipt of your return, your credit / refund will be processed within 5 working days.

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We advise sending parts back via a trackable service as we cannot be responsible for any missing items during transit.

Received faulty goods or been sent the wrong part?

Please email parts@xyzmachinetools.com so we can rectify this as soon as possible for you.   

Warranty of Spare Parts

Warranty Period

• New parts found to be defective within 12 months of your original purchase date or 2000 machine working hours whichever comes first will be repaired or replaced by XYZ Machine Tools.
• Service Exchange parts are offered with a 6-month limited warranty from the purchase date they will either be repaired or replaced

Warranty Does not Apply on the following part’s

• Electrical Department Repair’s
• PCB’s
• Control panel overlays.

Warranty is conditional on:

1. The part having been installed by a qualified person in accordance with the installation and maintenance instructions.
2. The equipment is being regularly maintained. 

It does not cover:

1. If the part has been dismantled or tampered with
2. The damage is caused by an accident, misapplication, abuse, alteration.
3. The damage is caused by faulty wiring, incorrect or fluctuating power supply.
4. The damage is caused by air supply quality.  
5. The damage is caused by lack of maintenance. 
6. Consumable items such as filter, belts, bulbs & batteries
7. General wear and tear items E.g. Brake shoes, Air wrench clutch drive, bearings etc. 

Any Warranty replacement part supplied will assume the remaining warranty of the original part purchased.
