Changed your mind?
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Any items returned will require a Sales Returns Order (SRO).
How to return an item
Complete the following returns form - Sales Returns Form
- Email it to parts@xyzmachinetools.com
- We will get back to you within 24 hours with the return’s paperwork, this must be enclosed with the return item.
- Upon receipt of your return, your credit / refund will be processed within 5 working days.
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We advise sending parts back via a trackable service as we cannot be responsible for any missing items during transit.
Received faulty goods or been sent the wrong part?
